If you decide to cancel and return the goods, then you should put this in writing, either by letter (proof of posting or recorded delivery is advisable) or you can email (email@example.com). A telephone call is not sufficient.
You have fourteen days after the day on which the goods are received to notify us.
Then a further fourteen days in which to return the goods to us.
Please check your goods on arrival as damages and any missing goods must be notified within 48 hours.
If the goods are not faulty in anyway then the customer is responsible for the cost of returning them.
Occasionally we may agree to collect the goods and pass on any cost to you, in this case you are responsible for the goods until we receive them .
Please return products correctly:
They should be returned in the original packaging / box, together with any instructions that were included.
The product must be in the condition in which it was received and must not have been tampered with, assembled, fitted or altered in anyway.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or during transit by packing correctly.
Failure to observe the points above may result in an inability for a refund to be given.
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are received by us within 14 days after the refund authorisation has been granted. You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)
Once we have received the goods back we will notify you and so long as they are in the same condition as we sent them out, we will issue a refund.
